The reason for the “Machine Check” and “Scale Calibration” additional page is because these forms are time dependant and require the user to insert data only at specific periods.

Step 7: On the “Machine Check” or “Scale Calibration” page, the user is required to choose the necessary form for the period. For example: If you need to complete a Scale Calibration at 08:00 then select the “Scale Calibration – 08:00”.

Step 8: Once the user has selected the necessary form, you will get sent to the checklist which you will need to fill with data. These forms look similar and are simple to use.

It is important to choose the location that you are in. For example: if you work in Durban, then you should select “Durban” from the location dropdown list. You should fill in all the other information on the form by clicking on the various buttons and inserting data pertaining to your environment.
